Ensemble sells digital products — templates, agent definitions, skills, and guides for building AI workflows. Products are delivered as downloadable files. The free Workforce Blueprint is provided at no cost.
We offer a 30-day refund on paid products — if it didn't work for you, reply to your receipt within 30 days and we'll refund you.
Ensemble provides tools and education, not outcomes. We make no guarantee of any specific result, income, time saved, or business outcome. What you achieve depends on your own effort, skill, and circumstances.
Our products help you set up AI agents. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing everything your agents produce before you act on it, send it, or rely on it — especially anything involving money, contracts, clients, or legal matters. The products are designed so that agents draft and propose; you approve.
Nothing from Ensemble is legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. For those, consult a qualified professional.
Our products are used alongside third-party tools (such as Claude Code and others). We are not responsible for those tools, their availability, pricing, or their terms, which you accept separately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Ensemble or its products is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which Ensemble's operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
